Easter and fund raisers

Look at our beautiful newly remodeled sanctuary!  We have new pews and beautiful new lighting and colors.  #savethepews worked!
I was so excited to help with the Ripple of One yearly fundraiser.  It was on April 22 at Keowee Key Clubhouse.  It raised over $100,000!  It was a beautiful evening and I was especially thrilled that Cliff and Anna went.  They sat at my table and we had a great time.
The nice flowers Heartwarmers donated for all the tables!
The night before, April 21, was the YMCA fundraiser.  Bryan is on the YMCA board so he has been a part of this campaign.  It was held at the Lighthouse Restaurant.  It was a fun night cut a little short (but that's what happens when your a mom;-)

Easter was a wonderful day celebrating with my family and then with Bryan's family.  Here are the kids at the riverhouse ready for an egg hunt.  So many little ones now!

 Cameron, Bryan and Nate
 Kenna
Andrea Nate and one of Allison's twins (I still get them mixed up)

Brents happy as long as he gets ice cream after every meal!
Not only was it Easter weekend, it was also Nana's birthday party weekend. We enjoyed a day of helping her with yardwork.

 My Easter blessings.
Welcome Wesleyan hosted a big egg hunt for all the community.  It was so much fun, mostly because we got to share it with sweet cousins.

After the work day at Nana's with the infamous Lamb Cake.
Even Nate's friend Kaleb joined in on the workday.  DeeDee did a fantastic job planning and buying all the flowers.  Here she is with Luke making paving stones.  Each of the kids helped so that Nana could look at the pavers and remember all her great-grandchildren.  She has 11!

Merritt excels in gymnastic and keeping us entertained.
 Aunt Debbie and Austin.
and where did these come from!

My sweet neighbor baked the boys a lamb cake.  It is a tradition for her.  We decorated it.  We had great ambitious plans for how it would turn  out but it was one of those epic Pinterest fails.  He was cute enough!
