April.... May!

Lots of catching up to do so I will start with today. We are currently fishing down at the docks.
Early this morning around 445 lightning hit our house. It took out two TVs the Xbox and our Internet. It also turned off the refrigerator and the garage doors. Brian had to work all day.
These boys are awesome at fixing anything that goes wrong in our house however the TVs and Xbox are toast. I am looking forward to bedtime because no one slept very much after the storm.
This afternoon we went to target. It's good to know they are still good people in this world. Luke dropped the $100 bill he had been saving for months. Yes this is the same one that he took to the Valentines carnival that Elizabeth had to confiscate!
Someone turned it in and he was thrilled to claim it again. After this episode he decided not to spend it on the Lego set he wanted. He is going to save it a little longer.
Brian got the boat working and we enjoyed a little tubing yesterday before bad weather came.
Friday was early release and we had a great time playing and fishing with Griffin Reese  and Collin.
Here is Henry with the game ball from his baseball game Thursday night. He hit the ball and it bounced off the scoreboard. He made it to second base and two runs in.
Running club was quite eventful last week. On Monday I had a fourth-grader decide to run away. We found him safe down the highway past the store. Needless to say it was a big wake up call for running club. It is now like Fort Knox.
Celebrating Marlowes  sixth birthday at sweet retreats.
I can't believe she's going to be a big sister!
Here is Nate at solo and ensemble. Not only did he receive a superior rating but a perfect score! His ensemble also rated superior!
