Track starts

Track pre season conditioning has started and Nate says it's much easier than cross country! He's hoping to pole vault or long jump

Sunday afternoon hike while I was tidying 

Henry playing basketball. I'm so proud of him on and off the court. He is so kind to others. He has taken his 3-D pen and made initials for several friends without even being asked. 

He has a heart of gold. He loves to love on me and give me big hugs and kisses. He always does.
