Beach fun!

We're having a great time at the beach.....except for 5 little things: Stacie, Denise, Mark, Silas and Merritt! It's incomplete without you guys

Our own zoo

We just added 2 crabs and a hermit crab.

These boys have kept me on the beach all day despite rain and near freezing temperatures (low 80s) they have created a marine life museum for passerbys. Jellyfish, starfish, fish, sand clams and sand fleas.

The girls headed down to sleep in the basement. If they sleep upstairs, they wake me up at 3am..

Happy Father's Day!

I've been blessed with 3 amazing men this Father's Day. I love you Daddy! Thanks for raising me in a Christian home and for being a family man and a role model for us all!



Bryan is the best husband and dad I could wish for for these boys!



Ronnie gave me Bryan and he is an awesome Papa! Happy Father's Day! I love you all 3!

Luke can swim

We told robin goodbye today around noon. We went over to celebrate Father's Day with my daddy before mark and Denise left for Florida. The kids had so much fun swimming

And I was thrilled that after 4 swim lessons, Luke was jumping off the diving board with no float!

Here is peanut. Just figured out she's 19 years old!!

Robins visit

My friend Robin and her 4 children Trace (9), Tara (8), Trent (4) and Ty (3) came to visit Tuesday.  The boys are loving having house guests! I can't get these pictures in the order I wanted them in so I give up! Here is Nate and Tara tonight sweeping.  I have kept the chore jar going and Nate was trying to earn an app, he recruited Tara to help!

The little boys wanted to help out too. Don't get the wrong idea though, they have been making many more messes than they have been cleaning!

Today we rode to a gem mine between Highlands and Franklin NC, Jackson Hole Trading Post.  They loved it!

They found so many beautiful stones, we are having a few made into arrowhead pendants

The first night they were here, I grilled

Here is Luke and Trent (1 month apart) and Ty who just turned 3.  They are all about 3 pounds and 3 inches apart. 

Wednesday we met Shannon and Brady and Sandra and her 2 girl for a playdate at the Pendleton Plaground.  Afterwards, we had a picnic lunch then dessert at 3 Spoons!

Henry decided to skip the gem mining today and enjoy some time with Silas and Allison.  From what I hear, they had a blast playing laser tag!  Thank you Denise, Allison and Silas for letting Henry join you!
